-Basic Anatomy

-How to apply techniques effectively without straining yourself

-Learning a massage routine you can do without oil 

-Learning a massage routine you can do with oil

-Receiving techniques on yourself and offering feedback

-Practicing techniques with individual guidance

-A take home manual to follow along with
