Private Yoga sessions

In addition to Massage, I have also completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa) and a 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

I am offering private one-on-one yoga sessions at my home studio in Maylands, tailored to your specific needs,

with adjustments, assisted stretching and helping to bring awareness to areas that need work.

This can be followed by a massage session to maximise the benefits of both.

30min Private Yoga + 60min Massage $160
